The yellow fin tuna can be found in the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans. They are high migratory.

Uniqueness

A Yellow fin Tuna’s diet is squid, fish or big schools of sprats.  Yellow fin tuna(Thunnus albacares).  weighs] about 450 pounds and can grow up to seven feet long.

Treats and conflict with humans

Yellow fin tuna are decreasing because of fisherman catching them and pollution of the waters from oil leaks, or commercial fishing boats setting neat's.  The
tuna also form schools with other tuna like skip jack and big eye. Because of this the are often caught as by catch by fishing boats that are fishing for skip jack.

I think we should have a rule that we stop all tuna fishing for a couple years so they have time to breed.

Complex Sentences

WALT make our sentences more complex by using subordinating conjunctions. 1. Tomorrow we are having an ANZAC Memorial Service at school. 2. Tomorrow we are having an ANZAC Memorial Service at school so that we can remember the fallen soldiers.

Floundering

When we get to our luckiest floundering spot we start to gear up by putting our diving boots on and our flounder bags around our waists. We grab our spears and torches and start to walk to the spot. When I got there I pick a couple of mussels off the rock and start to head up where everyone else is. While walking up I can see an outline in the sand. It is a flounder that is just nestled in the sand. I put my spear in the water about two inches above it and spear it like a lightning bolt.

The Fun Fair

The fun fair looks like a vibrant demolition derby with lights that are shining at me like a flash-bang grenade. The ferris wheel is spinning like a V8 super car wheel and the music is a loud and pumping sound that comes at me everywhere I go. The fun fair is busy; people come at me like a stampede of buffalos. The scent of the fun fair’s corn dogs and chips drift past my nose as I look at the whale like ferris wheel above me. Their screams are enough to blow your ear drums. The roller coaster is a fast, fun, hair-lifting ride that makes you remember this moment in time for the rest of your life. Descriptive Writing
